Concrete Frame

Concrete Frame

Concrete frame structures are very common, this is because they are energy efficient, retain heat well, and have a small carbon footprint. This makes them a great material choice for construction, as they add to the sustainability of the project, which is something Dinmaco strives to maximise in every project.

Dinmaco's design team will work out a detailed concrete mix design, to satisfy the requirements of each element in the concrete frame. In this process other factors such as the thickness of each element as well as the area in which it is being cast is considered. For example if the element is in a low access area, then the site engineer will ask for a more flowable mix, to ensure that the concrete covers the full volume inside the formwork.

Dinmaco  specialists know that care needs to be taken not only in the construction of the concrete frame,  but post construction too.  This is why, while  concrete is left to stand and reach it's optimum strenght, it is also cured to maintain optimum moisture content. This curing process ensures the client is left with the highest quality product.
